Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities: Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs Support the health of Community Care program members Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED preferred Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing on registry Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule: Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday, Night Shift, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. (8 hours per week) Every other weekend Every other holiday About Community Care Community Care is a local nonprofit with more than 40 years of experience helping older adults and adults with disabilities live as independently as possible within the community.
