Community Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs who are committed to teamwork and providing great care to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- A current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing required
- Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or adults with disabilities in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.
Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Community Care program members.
- Completes all orientation and onboarding requirements per established timelines.
- Attends mandatory trainings as assigned.
- Requires travel to various sites as needed.
