Requirements
- Current CNA certification in North Carolina
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Provide essential care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, with respect and sensitivity.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Emotional Support: Offer a comforting presence and a listening ear to patients and their families, helping them navigate through challenging times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and observations made.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive and coordinated care plans.
- Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
