About The Position

Documentation for Resident Care using IPAD's. Provide ADL care as directed including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities and other day to day needs. Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight. Assist residents with activities listed on care plan; document and report observed changes. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to established policies, procedures and standards. Providing great resident care. Staying up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.

Requirements

• State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Current identification.
• Comfortable using a computer/IPAD.
