Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of Michigan or have you completed a CNA class in the last 2 years
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADL's, turning, lifting, positioning and transporting residents
- Provide companionship and basic care to residents under the direction of nursing staff
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition
- Maintain a clean, healthy and positive environment
