Wage: $22.71/hr. - $26.93/hr. based off years of applicable experience as determined by HR. Shifts available: We offer flexible schedules to best meet your needs and ours. PM shift - 2pm-10pm, and NOC shift - 10pm-6am Employees who work a minimum 4-hour shift during the 2:00 PM–10:00 PM window will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for all hours worked during that shift. Pay differential (additional pay) for 10pm-6am shift (+$2.00/hr.) A full job description is available at interview. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Certification Training Program- We welcome new Grads!
Responsibilities
- Someone who easily engages with seniors, our visitors and the Martha & Mary team in a kind, positive and supportive manner.
- Someone who is able to provide direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Someone who is trained to assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
- Able to accurately obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.

- Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued at varying rates depending on length of employment. Accrual rates begin at 5.32 hours per month based on a 40-hour workweek. These accruals include the required sick leave per Washington State’s Paid Sick Leave Law
