Requirements
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification
- At least 18 years old
- A compassionate heart and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Flexibility and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a CNA is a plus, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Take vital signs and observe patients for changes in health status.
- Assist in meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring comfort and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure the best care possible.
- Follow care plans and ensure patient safety and dignity at all times.
