About The Position

Requirements
- Active CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Document care and follow individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Follow all safety and infection control guidelines
