About The Position
Otterbein Staffing Agency (OSA) offers Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) the opportunity to take control of their work schedule and earn competitive wages. Joining the OSA team provides access to open shifts across Otterbein’s various senior care services, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services. Requirements
- Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program
- Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required from the State of Ohio.
- Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
- At least 6 months of direct care CNA/STNA experience
Responsibilities
- Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
- Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
- Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
- Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
