About The Position
RieLes Group is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for a 13-week Contract supporting the Tivoli at Divine Savior in Portage, WI. Tivoli at Divine Savior is a senior living community providing skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation services. Requirements
- Current CNA certification in Wisconsin
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, assist residents, and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, such as transferring residents and helping with walking or positioning
- Monitor and document residents’ health, including vital signs and changes in condition
- Support residents during meals, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure personalized and compassionate care
- Follow care plans and comply with facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
