Requirements
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED required
- Current PA CNA certification
- Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dementia care
- Intermediate computer skills
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
Nice To Haves
- Prior CNA experience preferred
- Basic Life Support certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records
- Follow care plans and safety protocols
- Foster respectful relationships with residents and families
