The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands-on care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Unity Registered Nurse (RN). All care is based on the RN’s comprehensive patient assessment and is delivered according to the patient’s individualized Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Plan of Care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety. This role covers Sturgeon Bay Territory but may travel outside the territory at times. Schedule: Full-time (36 hours per week), consisting of four 9-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Weekend commitment is a minimum of every third weekend (currently averaging every eighth weekend). Includes participation in an on-call rotation approximately every eight weeks, with some flexibility as coverage needs change. Position also requires coverage of 1–2 holidays per year.
