Check us out online at www.capstonehospice.com As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are a member of the dedicated CNA team that is responsible for providing quality care and support to our patients who are in the final stages of their life while providing understanding and emotional support to the families. This position is responsible for providing the care and assistance to patients in their private homes and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) by following the direction of the IDG care plan under the direction of the RN. To allow timely care to our patients, it is preferred that the hospice aide live no more than 25 miles from the assigned areas. The CNA will care for patients for the assigned areas of the Sugar Hill / Cumming territory. This position will have the expectation of working Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shift. Daily driving to, between and from patients' location, reliable transportation is required, eligible for mileage reimbursement.
