Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing
  • Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient
  • Physical ability to assist with client transfers

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, and more
  • Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers
  • Prepare and serve meals tailored to residents needs
  • Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care team members
  • Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ condition
