Certified Nursing Assistant - System Float T2 0.6 FTE (12 hour nights)
About The Position
System Float provides an exciting opportunity to interact with a variety of staff members and patients throughout the hospital division. The various units offer staff a refreshing change in atmosphere. It also allows staff to expand their knowledge base and continuously advance their practice. System Float team members travel to all ProHealth Care hospitals and may work on any of the following specialties: Medical/Surgical, Ortho/Neuro, Observation, Inpatient Oncology, Heart Care, Intensive Care, and Behavioral Health. Assist the nursing team with a variety of patient care activities related to services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of the patients. Assist with administrative type tasks for the nursing team. Assist with patient’s personal hygiene and dressing changes as needed. Support the nursing staff as needed throughout the shift both clinically and administrative.
Requirements
- Less than High School Diploma or High School Diploma or equivalent
- Inpatient C.N.A.: Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Wisconsin (Active or expired and on the registry)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Associate (AHA); or ability to obtain upon hire
