Requirements
- Active CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
- Completion of an approved CNA training program

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Take and record vital signs; report changes in condition
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Accurately document care and follow individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines
