About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant Per-diem EVE & NOC shifts available (weekend availability preferred) Salary Range: $18.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experienceOvertime pay after 8th hour $2 per hour NOC shift differential for NOC shift Valid CA driver’s license required Goleta, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on North Patterson Ave. Residential setting6-bed facility & Adult Day Program Paid time off (vacation, sick and personal) On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet Responsibilities: Take basic vitals such as heart rate, temperature and blood pressure Provide training, assistance and supervision to individuals receiving care in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings. Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration. Facilitate the working relationships between employers and individuals served, and support community involvement by accompanying them on outings, or providing transportation to work or other activities. Work closely with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic and behavioral plans in place. Qualifications: Valid CA driver’s licenseCompletion of CNA certification program AND current California CNA certification Six months CNA experience preferred, ideally experience with medically complex patients Current in CPR for Healthcare Provider Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach Come join our amazing team of committed and caring professionals. Requirements
- Valid CA driver’s license
- Completion of CNA certification program AND current California CNA certification
- Current in CPR for Healthcare Provider
