The Position: Certified Nursing Assistant Employment Status: Full-time Hours per two-week pay-period: 72 hours Position Summary: Sidney Health Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our I CARE team in the Acute Care setting on our Medical/Surgical Unit. Essential duties of the position include ensuring the wellbeing of patients by performing tasks that help with daily living activities, collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers in meeting patients' psychosocial and physical needs, and documenting changes in patients condition and report these observations to appropriate medical staff. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalency
Completion of minimum 75-hour CNA training course
Hold current CNA Licensure or obtain licensure within 6 months of employment.
Current CPR Certification

Responsibilities

Ensure wellbeing of patients by performing tasks that help with daily living activities.
Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers in meeting patients psychosocial and physical needs.
Document changes in patients condition and report these observations to appropriate medical staff.
