Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Current CNA certification issued by the state.
Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Successful clearance of background checks
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Nice To Haves

One year of CNA experience preferred (experience with medically complex patients a plus).

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care, assistance, and daily living support for individuals in your care.
Monitor and record health conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff or supervisors.
Assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and household tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Support residents in community and social activities, including appointments and outings.
Help prepare rooms for new admissions and ensure residents are ready for discharge.
Maintain documentation and progress notes with accuracy and confidentiality.
Participate actively in team meetings and required trainings.
