Requirements
- Current Arizona CNA License
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR Certification
- 2-Step TB Test (Current/Negative)
- Ability to work Sun/Wed/Thurs nights (7p–7a) consistently
- Strong communication skills and a team-centered mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
- Strong reliability and attendance history
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, compassionate patient care and support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Assisting with feeding and hydration needs
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to nursing staff
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Supporting a positive, respectful experience for patients and families
