Requirements

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Compassionate, professional, and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or residential treatment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client calls and requests
  • Follow individualized care plans to support client needs
  • Check vital signs, assist with mobility, and collect specimens as directed
  • Observe and report client conditions to nursing and medical staff
  • Document care accurately in the EMR system
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
  • Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and treatment staff
  • Step in where needed—because teamwork matters
