What You'll Do as CNA: Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs) Follow individualized care plans for each resident Create a warm, home-like environment Monitor and report any changes in resident health Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team Maintain documentation and safety standards Weekend & holiday availability required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Nursing Assistant
  • CPR Certification
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Weekend & holiday availability required

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs)
  • Follow individualized care plans for each resident
  • Create a warm, home-like environment
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident health
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space
  • Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team
