Requirements

Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program (required)
Active and clear Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice (required)
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or related experience and / or training.
Successful completion of State-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course.

Responsibilities

Record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements as needed
Monitor and document patient vital signs daily
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
