Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration
- Support mobility needs and safely assist with transfers using proper equipment
- Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols to keep residents and staff protected
