Requirements
- Current CNA certification (Texas)
- A heart for service and a team spirit
- Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
- High school graduate or equivalent is desired
- Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is required
- Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification, or ability to obtain as required by regulation
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Offer kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear
- Keep things running smoothly with documentation and teamwork
- Join in on fun events and activities (yes, eggroll making, or bean bag baseball, may be involved!)
