About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team at Stratford Commons Memory Care Community. This role involves delivering and assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities, all in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements. The CNA will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivering and assisting resident with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Providing basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities.
• Performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
