About The Position

The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN. The CNA assists in the patients care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patient's needs. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care. Requirements

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Cert Nurse Assistant - Various
• At HMC and WMH may have completed fundamentals of nursing course in lieu of CNA
