Requirements
- Valid CNA certification/license in the state of employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to patient needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and repositioning patients
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and infection control practices

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
