Weekend Only Position: Every Saturday & Every Sunday – 3 pm to 11 pm – 2nd Shift Misericordia Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been providing compassionate care to older adults since 1943. Requirements
- Current PA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Certification)
- Genuine concern for the needs of older adults.
- Strong customer service skills with both internal & external customers.
Responsibilities
- Providing professional, compassionate care to our residents
- Maintaining a person-centered, homelike environment while following the resident care profile, and care plan
- Carrying out written, oral and diagram instructions while meeting the total health needs of the resident
- Assists residents during meal times
- Encourages and motivates residents to participate in therapies and activities
- Provide friendly, timely and responsive customer service to all.
