Concordia at Cabot is looking for experienced and standards-driven Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to grow their clinical team with quality. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), at Concordia at Cabot you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia. Concordia at Cabot is looking for part time and full time experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high quality care to their residents. Documented experience is recognized with rate, vacation/sick accrual, and benefits Certified Nursing Assistants receive paid on-the-job training and flexible shifts are available. Concordia offers competitive wages - we recognize experience! Full-time and part-time positions for the afternoon (2p-10:30p) and midnight (10p-6:30a) shifts are available and include an every other weekend rotation. Eligible employees who waive their health insurance are eligible for an additional $1.50/hour insurance supplement. Why work for us? Requirements

  • Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide training program
  • Current Nurse Aide license from Pennsylvania in good standing

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
  • Documenting the care provided
  • Providing treatment per the ADL/treatment book
  • Answering resident call bells and responding to needs promptly.
