Requirements

• Must have an active Washington Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) Certification
• Must have an active OBRA Registry
• Must have an active CPR certification (online courses are not accepted)
• Must be able to pass a background check administered by Dept. Social & Health Services (DSHS)
• Must be able to work a full-time 4/2 rotation (must be available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities

• Assistance with ADLs
• Showering/Bathing
• Assistance with transferring/lifting
• Assistance with meals
• Charting provided care
• Answering call lights
• Following all tasks as assigned by licensed nurse
