Requirements
- Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Responsibilities
- Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
- Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Follow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelines
- Prepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
- Support client independence while ensuring safety
- Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities
- Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed
- Respond promptly and competently in emergency situations
- Notify supervisor of changes in client behavior or health
- Complete assigned client-specific duties and contribute to team efforts
