System Float provides an exciting opportunity to interact with a variety of staff members and patients throughout the hospital division. Requirements

Less than High School Diploma or High School Diploma or equivalent
Inpatient C.N.A.: Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Wisconsin (Active or expired and on the registry)
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Associate (AHA); or ability to obtain upon hire

Responsibilities

Assist the nursing team with a variety of patient care activities related to services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of the patients.
Assist with administrative type tasks for the nursing team.
Assist with patient's personal hygiene and dressing changes as needed.
Support the nursing staff as needed throughout the shift both clinically and administrative.
