Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team. Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members. What You Bring: Active CNA certification (state-licensed). Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Requirements
