Position Details: Assist with personal care such as dressing, bathing, eating and grooming Assist with activities of daily living (ADLS) Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care. Report any changes you observed to office and nurse. Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and keeping clients home neat and tidy.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Negative TB and physical within one year
- Valid CPR Certification
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
