Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents according to their care plans and assessments.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Document all activities of daily living (ADLs) in electronic health records.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and check on residents who cannot call for help.
• Assist residents in attending appointments and activities.
• Ensure compliance with residents' rights and confidentiality.
