About The Position

CNA Classes Available Grand Valley Gardens is an assisted living facility located in Martinsville, Indiana. We are committed to both our residents and our employees. Looking to start a career in healthcare but not sure where to begin? Our comprehensive CNA training program is here to help! Our state-approved program provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a certified nursing assistant. You'll receive hands-on training, classroom instruction, and clinical experience under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. Our program covers all aspects of patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. Upon completion of the program, you'll be well-prepared to take the state certification exam and launch your career as a CNA. Upon successful completion of CNA class, you may be offered permanent employment.

Requirements

Ability to communicate, written and oral
Must be patient, have tact in dealing with others
Extended periods of standing, bending, and heavy lifting

Responsibilities

Assisting with activities of daily living

Providing emotional support to patients and their families
