Upon successful completion of the training program, you will transition into a role at TLC Nursing Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant based on shift availability and need. Responsibilities

  • A ssisting residents with b a thing, dressing, grooming, a nd other person a l hygiene t a sks.
  • Providing a ssist a nce with mobility, including tr a nsferring residents to a nd from beds, wheelch a irs, a nd other equipment.
  • A ssisting residents with toileting a nd incontinence c a re with dignity a nd respect.
  • Monitoring a nd documenting residents' vit a l signs, int a ke a nd output, a nd other relev a nt inform a tion a s directed by nursing st a ff.
  • A ssisting with me a lt ime a ctivities, including feeding residents who require a ssist a nce a nd ensuring proper nutrition a nd hydr a tion.
  • Providing comp a nionship a nd emotion a l support to residents, eng a ging in convers a tion a nd a ctivities to promote soci a li z a tion a nd well-being.
