About The Position

Are you a nursing student looking for a summer CNA job? We have the perfect position for you - a temporary job in a learning environment. This is a 10+ week summer position; mid-May thru mid-August. If you want to stay with us as a PRN employee after 8/02/25, you can. You'll then be expected to pick up shifts during your future holiday or semester breaks. Come learn with us!

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification - specifically for the state of IL.
• Currently enrolled in a Nurse Education Program (Associates or Bachelor's level).
• Ability to remain calm and smile during challenging situations.
• Must start on or before 5/19/25 and commit to stay thru 8/02/25 (10 weeks).

Nice To Haves

• Interest in working with behavioral/psych population.
• Willingness to participate in team events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Sharpen your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) skills while working side by side with some talented nurses and clinicians.
• Provide excellent clinical care to patients in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).
• Engage with residents in activities such as garden club and poetry club.
