About The Position
Corona Regional Medical Center, established in 1965 as Corona Community Hospital, is a 238-bed community hospital network comprising a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs over 1,250 healthcare workers, and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians. The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of a licensed nurse to provide nursing care within their scope of practice, adhering to unit-specific standards of care and the policies and procedures of Corona Regional Medical Center.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Patient Rights
- Six months recent CNA experience
- Current, valid Certified Nurses Assistant certification, or current enrollment in an accredited Registered Nursing program with completion of the 1st clinical curriculum semester
- Current BLS (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
