Requirements

  • Must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant Level I in the State of Oregon.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network is required at hire.

Responsibilities

  • Assists patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and elimination.
  • Helps patients with activities of daily living such as transferring from bed to chair.
  • Performs minor physical therapy routines and turns patients in bed to prevent bed sores.
  • Takes patient vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
