About The Position

We are a CNA staffing and home care company committed to helping individuals remain safe, healthy, and comfortable — whether they are in a care facility or living at home. Every day, our CNAs play a meaningful part in protecting people’s ability to live at home and maintain their independence. We are looking for dependable, professional, teachable CNAs who want to make a real impact. You pick your schedule. We offer both: Facility Staffing Shifts throughout the state (skilled nursing & rehabilitation) In-Home Care Shifts (1-on-1 care in the client’s home) We ask that all CNAs are willing to work at least one shift per week. For home care shifts, we strive for consistent assignments so clients can build trust and stability with their caregiver. Available Shifts Facility shifts commonly include: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Home care shifts vary based on client needs Core Values We hire based on character and alignment with our company values. Requirements

  • Active Utah CNA License (Preferred - not required for one on one home care)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a Utah background check (DACS)
  • Drug-free workplace
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Food Handler’s Permit
  • Strong attendance and reliability record

Responsibilities

  • Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, mobility, etc.)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support client safety and comfort
  • Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration reminders
  • Perform light housekeeping and basic care environment tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our team
