About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Endovascular Neuroscience Unit at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, FL (Downtown). This 24 bed unit will be a step-down unit for the Neuro ICU to provide care for patients that are somewhat medically stable and may not require the high level intense medical care of the ICU, but still require intense nursing care and monitoring. We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on providing quality patient care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assist RNs supporting in the care of patients. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). This position is 36 hours a week, Night shift (7PM-7AM).

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required

Responsibilities

• Patient activities of daily living
