About The Position

Primary Function: We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, assist in medical procedures, and ensure patients' comfort and well-being. Requirements

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with compassion and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially in an Intensive Care Unit, is a plus.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
  • Help nurses with medical procedures and treatments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a positive patient experience.
