About the Unit: Opening February 2026 Provides inpatient-level care with ED-style charting Offers both variety and consistency - no two days are the same, but teamwork keeps the environment steady and collaborative A true team-based culture where everyone supports one another and flexes to meet patient needs When census is low, CNAs may float to other inpatient or COH units Qualifications: Current CNA certification in the appropriate state required No experience required - new graduates and those early in their careers are encouraged to apply! What You'll Do It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time. Requirements

  • Current CNA certification in the appropriate state required
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of NAI program required.
  • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required.
  • Medication Safety - AME required.
  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required.

Nice To Haves

  • One year preferred.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.
