About The Position
Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Critical Care team! The CNA needs to be proficient in speaking English in order to accurately and effectively communicate with patients and/or residents. Patients include those from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, socio-economic standing, education, etc. Depending on the unit in which they are working, they may be required to learn specific skills necessary to provide the best care to patients and/or residents. Under direct supervision of a licensed RN, the CNAs will provide basic nursing care to patients and/or residents in accordance with the patient's and/or resident's assessment and treatment plan. In addition, they will support and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and/or residents. Incumbents will be assigned a specific home unit but may be floated to other areas for additional support when needed.
