How you’ll make an impact in this role Travel to clients’ homes throughout the day to provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and safe transfers Follow individualized care plans to support each client’s health, comfort, and independence Monitor and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition while maintaining a safe, clean home environment
Requirements
- Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Nice To Haves
- BLS Provider preferred.
- Valid DL
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes throughout the day to provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities
- Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and safe transfers
- Follow individualized care plans to support each client’s health, comfort, and independence
- Monitor and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition while maintaining a safe, clean home environment
