About The Position

JOIN OUR TEAM!!! The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at the Central Nebraska Veterans’ Home in Kearney, NE, offers both full-time and part-time evening shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm. CNAs provide quality care for each member to maintain their quality of life while ensuring dignity and confidentiality. Responsibilities include performing routine nursing duties, preparing and administering medications, and providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The position is open until filled, and applications are no longer accepted once closed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completed a state approved 76-hour nurse aide training course and competency evaluation program.
• Listed on the Nebraska Nurse Aide Registry.
