About The Position
Westminster at Lake Ridge is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering general medical and restorative care to our residents on a daily basis. This position involves direct interaction with residents, assisting them with their daily living needs, monitoring vital signs, and providing comfort and transportation. You will also be responsible for motivating residents to meet their personal goals and documenting all care provided. Our facility is a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community that serves older adults across three levels of service: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Health Center. In this role, you will work full-time shifts from 7 am to 3 pm, with competitive wages ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer various differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
