About The Position

North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is looking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Requirements

  • Completed a MN approved Nurse Aide Training Program
  • Current MN NAR license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
  • Desire to work with the elderly

Responsibilities

  • Provide total care for residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care.
  • Perform care as defined by the resident plan of care/CNA assignment card.
  • Visit with residents and reposition as required.
  • Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight with attention to detail.
  • Conduct range of motion exercises as needed.
  • Observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior of residents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
